Lifting, eating, and the Rosary

ree

Hopped right back into the push, pull legs routine as soon as I got home. My diet has consisted of whatever the hell I have wanted and no limit on how much I want at that particular time lol. We are hitting the gym on a 6 day a week basis (Sundays off) and they consist of about 1.5 to 1.75 hours per session. I have no plans to reign in my diet at this point. I will possibly do that early next year but for the time being I want calories and I want to eat food I haven't eaten in a bit. I have been spending most of my time with the wife, kids, and the rest of the family and it has been a real blessing! I have spoken to a few good people in regard to possible employment opportunities and believe I have made the decision on one position I think I will have a ton of fun doing. There is a bunch of good guys at this particular office and it's more my speed and something I will enjoy doing on a regular basis.

For the time being we will continue to lift heavy, eat a ton, and pray that rosary on a daily basis! Jokes aside for real though, I would heavily recommend learning and praying the Rosary on a daily basis. Look online about all the miracles that have happened with the Rosary. The best way to truly understand the power of praying the Rosary though is to do it yourself and see what happens. I promise you will not be disappointed! You DO NOT have to be a Catholic to pray the Rosary either - although it helps ;)
